MATTHEW WOLCOTT

A professional dancer since his youth, Matt first got his start in the food industry through hours of unfettered experimentation in his own kitchen and an unlikely conversation with a colleague regarding imported italian brick ovens. He's now been firing this one successfully for over 15 years.

ANDRE MUCELROY

An entrepreneur at heart, Andre passes the time away from running their other business by lending his expertise to Mattie's. Between keeping the books and finding new opportunities, the fires wouldn't stay lit without him.
